Worth It

I did it again!

100% raw on Wednesday!:
2 quarts of green juice
1 smoothie
1 mango
watermelon
dates & nuts

I almost gave into cooked snacks later in the day but I thought... I made it this far, why spoil it? :)

Go Me!

100% Raw on Sunday:
2 quarts green juice
1 mango
1 wild greens/banana/hemp smoothie
1 Valencia orange
1/3 papaya

Usually at night I break the raw habit and munch on cooked snacks like popcorn.. It's really tough for me not to craze these habitual nightly eats so I'm really proud of myself! (I still ate late at night, but it was papaya instead of junk!)

WOO~!

Just exercised for the first time in MONTHS. Probably all year! I ran a few loops around a large empty parking lot near my house.. 10 laps, about 30 minutes, followed by an amazing juice!

Note to self: 2 large cukes, 3 apples, 1 celery stalk = amazing.
